Kentucky Incentives Bluegrass State Skills Corporation
New, expanding or existing businesses may receive grants for customized skills training for workers.

Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority Program
provides financing for fixed assets for companies that locate in one of the state's ten enterprise zones.

Kentucky Industrial Development Act
Manufacturers that create at least 15 new full-time jobs while investing a minimum of $500,000 are able to receive state income tax credits for up to 100% of annual debt service costs on buildings, land, building fixtures, site development and equipment for a maximum of 10 years. Businesses also have the option of collecting a job assessment fee of 2% of each employee's gross wages whose job has been created by a project and who is subject to Kentucky income taxes.
