Tipten Troidl has joined the staff of Millennial Enterprises as a market analyst focusing on reverse investment and trade with Spanish-speaking countries. Prior to joining Millennial, Troidl served in the U.S. Embassy in Spain.

FINANCIAL

Marie Young has joined Central Bank & Trust Company as vice president in the loan review department.

MEDIA

Anna Igo and Ellen Tunnel have joined WLEX-TV (Channel 18) as account executives. Both wilt concentrate on the development of new local advertising accounts.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Sprint PCS has named Michael Barnes as market manager for the Lexington and Frankfort markets. Michael Reinke has been named retail manager for Sprint's Lexington market.

OTHER

Valvoline has announced the addition of three new members of the company's marketing group:

• Mary A. Kuklinski, who has been with KFC in Louisville and General Mills in Minneapolis, has joined the company as director of consumer research.
• Keith Whitaker has been named marketing manager-chemical brands.
• Dale Anderson has been appointed group marketing manager-retail oils and lubricants.

Jack C. Whitney, vice president and general manager of Portman Material Handling, has relocated to the company's corporate offices in Cincinnati, where he is now serving as vice president of product support.

Doug Borntraeger has been named area manager for the Lexington area for Speedway SuperAmerica LLC. Borntraeger's area of responsibility covers Lexington, Versailles, Paris, Cynthiana, Maysville and West Union, Ohio.

Beth Robinson Willmott has joined Bluegrass Tomorrow as director of communications and development.
